We process personal data only for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Email (Proton Mail) – for business correspondence and project materials. Email remains our primary channel for confidential communications;

• LinkedIn messages – for professional networking and collaboration;

• Instagram (@eqnxsports) – for public communication, brand updates, and general enquiries;

• WhatsApp Business – for coordination and updates (no sensitive data shared).

Direct messages received via Instagram are treated as general enquiries and are not used for data profiling or stored outside the platform. We never share communication content or client data with third parties.

This period may be extended by a further two months where requests are complex or numerous, in which case we will notify you accordingly.

All digital data is stored on encrypted platforms (Proton Mail, Proton Drive, Notion). Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We do not store personal data on unencrypted devices or share it via unsecured channels.

While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure. Any transmission of personal data to us is at your own risk.
